Nick Alfert joined the firm in 2026 as an Associate on the Originations team, where he assists in evaluating new and existing investments for the firm. He previously worked at Piedmont Realty Trust, L&B Realty Advisors, and PMB Capital Investments, gaining broad experience across public and private real estate functions spanning asset management, acquisitions, and development. Nick earned his BS in Finance from The University of Alabama and his MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, where he concentrated in Corporate Finance & Real Estate.
