Joe James, Co-Chief Credit Officer, is head of PHC’s surveillance and asset management. He joined the firm in 2017, bringing 24 years of diverse commercial real estate experience to PHC’s credit group. Mr. James’ professional experience includes risk management, asset management, systems integrations and process improvements. He was previously with Frontier Equity, where he was a Partner, Asset Management. Prior to that, he spent nearly 22 years with GE Capital Real Estate in a variety of leadership roles. Mr. James earned a Master of Business Administration, Finance degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance degree from Texas Tech University.
