Eric Schleif is Co-Chief Credit Officer and leads Preston Hollow’s Surveillance and Asset Management team. With 25 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience, he is an expert in asset management, complex debt structures, special servicing, and real estate construction. Before joining Preston Hollow, Eric spent six years at Fortress Investment Group, managing a $1B commercial real estate debt portfolio across various property types and capital structures, overseeing construction loans, and resolving distressed credits. Prior to Fortress, he spent 13 years at Colony NorthStar as co-head of asset management for a $4B publicly traded REIT portfolio. Eric began his career at ORIX USA.
Eric holds a Master’s in Land Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
