Charlie Visconsi is Co-Head of Originations at Preston Hollow Community Capital. He joined the firm in January 2018 as a Managing Director focused on transaction originations. Before joining PHCC, he served as the Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Public Finance Department for five years through the summer of 2017. During that time, Morgan Stanley was a consistent Top Four negotiated underwriter of tax-exempt debt focused on a diverse client base for complicated financings.
At PHCC, he has led the origination of over $1 billion of transactions with a focus on operating companies including higher education, health care and governmental borrowers. He has also led or co-led PHCC’s efforts on multiple financing products, including PHCC’s proprietary Term Matched Trust and TEPSTM issuances.
Mr. Visconsi graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Economics and holds a MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business.
