Brett Bradley joined Preston Hollow Community Capital in 2023 as Corporate Treasurer primarily focused on debt capital market transactions, managing short-term investments, and assisting with the firm’s banking and rating agency relationships.
Previously, Mr. Bradley was Senior Vice President and Assistant Treasurer at Exeter Finance. He brings over 22 years of experience in treasury and investment banking with a background in real estate debt capital markets underwriting, CMBS origination, and both public and private ABS structured finance transactions.
Mr. Bradley holds a MBA in Finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
